    Joel Moore (cell phone) of New Promise Inc is a vacuume dealer in Fort Smith Ar.  They are calling even though your are on the national DNC list.  The DNC does not make exceptions for names and numbers accuired by freinds so New Promise is in violation of the FCC laws.
