    You dial these creeps back, and you get a recording (warning: does NOT sound like a phone company intercept) stating you have dialed a non-working number.  Hmmm...sounds like "Diamond Air" might be putting a fake number on their outgoing nuisance calls, but is then claiming this number is not theirs.  Anyone have a "real" number for Diamond Air, or are they just a fake company scamming the public?
