    Was prerecorded call that starts off in Chinese then to English with the following message from the Consulate of the Peoples Republic of China in the US; about an important document not yet received and to call them back, this would also be my last notification/call.

    After searching the number some more it looks to be to a legitimate local business, unfortunately their closed down for the COVID-19 threat and it was hijacked to solicit prerecorded scams
