Got  a call from 480-269-7904. Asked for the HR manager by name.  Said he retired.  I did
not give out the new manager's name. BUT was told this is a subscription to Human Resource
Executive. I was told to ask the new manager if he would like this magazine and to call back if he does and was given a different number to call back.

480-269-7904 has called me at least twice a week for the last three weeks. i have never answered and they have never left a voicemail. this is my mobile phone and i registered the number with the dnc list about 2 months ago. at what point can we start a class action against the caller?

Probably same o'l garbage.
They offer a free magazine/letter and forget to tell you that they will begin charging you
at the end of 30 days.   When you do not pay, they report you to a collection company
that happens to be owned by the same people.

Never verify/update your  companies address or your name/position to solicit callers.
These companies are super sleazy..............

Called my work number today 5/15/12. I did not answer and no message was left.
Looked number up on internet and found out it is a scam call. Really????? Give it up, people.

Call from "IPACESETTER". Sometimes TWICE a day!!

Download Mr Number on your smart phone. It is an app that you can use to either ignore the call or pick up and hand up or send the directly to voice mail. Also, the app is pretty useful and will tell you if a # that is calling you for the first time is suspected SPAM or not according to the logs that other callers say about the number. It is the most useful app and saves me a lot of unwanted calls.

Dozens of calls to my mobile. Never leave a message. Routed them to a message telling them to take me off their list. They keep calling and calling.

It's a harrassment. 2-4 calls per day for the past month. Whenever pick up the phone, no answer from the other end. How can I remove my phone number from their list?

I was in the kitchen when the phone rang.  I ran to get the call and tripped on my cousins floor jack. I lost my grip and ended up hitting my 3 legged dog in the eye with the ice cube tray I was trying to fill.  Long story short, I missed the call, have a huge vet bill to pay and no idea how they are going to make things right.

Relax people - very likey you or 1 in the family have subscribed to a magazine, usually a free industry mag.

We love these magazines - we volunarily subscribe to them and we get subscription renewal notices but sometimes ... we don't bother - so as I just HUNG UP on a woman trying to help me resubscribe to a free industrial magazine - I googled it and suggest ... everyone take a chill and speak.

then again it could be a republican radical agendized plot to find out what color underwear you got on .. or maybe the republicans want to take away your guns (oh thats right ... its the other side who're doing that)

received 2 calls on my cell.....I didn't answer, it went to voice mail, and 'their" message was rap music being played, then a slammed down disconnect.

I just called back the number and the guy was a rude piece of [***]. I told him I'm not interested and he said "Do you know what I do" I said how the hell should I know, you called me and I'm returning your call. So I asked, "What do you do" He said "Good question" Then hung up on me.
