got a call from this number 480-269-9455 said she was going to put me in jail if i did not pay her money

I got a call from a black female and a black male in phoenix useing this number i am going to have them lock up from leaving me message telling me to send them money.I am filing a police report on monday.

Afra-Amer male and femal that are from AZ. They are also using tele # 303-835-6940 saying thet are Zeanith Check recovery. HUGE SCAM. I reported to the FTC. Do the same, Google FTC follow directions 5-10 minutes but worth it! The more reports the more priority. They will be put in jail!

These people called me yesterday demanding that I pay off a payday loan. When I said that I didn't have the money, they told me to turn myself over to the police, because they are drawing up papers to have me arrested on fraud. I had surgury last November and these people should be locked up.

The non payment of a loan is civil, not criminal law. To threaten someone with arrest over a loan is illegal. In every State of the USA. Do you really owe this loan? Did they mail you proof of debt? By US Mail? NOT fax, text, or email. If you really do owe this debt, and have received valid proof, and if legal in your State - I would strongly suggest you record your phone calls. Remember - you WILL NOT be arrested for non payment of a loan. Foreign, 3rd world criminals have been trying for years to get people to believe that. That's because they are calling millions of Americans trying to extort money on fake loans.

   My ex-husbands wife got a phone call from these people on April 11,2014 stating if I didn't call them back immediately that they had a warrant application for my arrest. They're supposedly going to pick me up at my work place or home address.  My daughter called me April 12,2014 with the message to call them at 480-269-9455 ext. 126. She was frantic. I called the number, but had to leave a message because Investigator Williams was away from her desk or with another client. I left my name and home phone number. Meantime I googled the 480-269-9455 and came up with several pages of complaints of this being a scam artist.
  Investigator Williams called me back on April 15, 2014 and left a message. I called her back and had to leave a message. When she called back my husband answered the phone, but she wouldn't give him any information. So I got on and she said I had a pay day loan unpaid. I said I never had one of those loans and that they were illegal in PA. She stated that a lot of things were illegal but it doesn't stop people from doing them. When I stated that she had the wrong person, she said we will settle this in court. I hung up. Not even 15 seconds the phone rang again and it was Investigator Williams again. She said did you call me back? I said no but I have notified the FBI and hung up again. She did not call back!! I know she is a scammer and I saw red flags right away, but there are many people out there being suckered in to paying these un-owed so-called debts. People like this one need put away. They should not be allowed to harass or scare people like this. We live in America and we need to start defending our rights. She also used the number 786-231-1193.

These people called me at work stating they were looking for me. I told them they had the wrong number. I then called the number back from my cell phone. The woman Barbara Washington, told me that I had an outstanding payday loan. I told her I did not (because I know that they are illegal in PA, and can't even be processed if you wanted one) and she told me "yes you did. I know you did". I told the client that there were 3 people in my city with my name, and I would like copies of these supposed documents that she has so I can file a fraud claim. The client said what's the last 4 of your SSN. I told her I wouldn't supply that, as I do not know her, and I do not know her company. She then became very angry and stated that I can run, but I can't hide. They have found me now, and if I want, then I can "spew this garbage in front of a judge". I laughed and hung up at that point because my blood was just boiling. Unbelievable what these crooks would rather do than get a job!

I received a message from my dad about a pay day loan in collects. I contacted the company and spoke to Investigator Williams. She stated that I owed money on a online payday loan from a company i never heard of nor did i find any info about the company online. The wonan informed me that the company was going to court and that I had a warrant for my arrest.  Beware!
