I just got a call from that number. He left a voicemail. He said his name was Frank and he wanted to talk to me about a big line of credit he has for me .  Should I go for it? (Jk... i’m blocking the number )

Voicemail to our office at 8:16PM (well after closing) claiming to be "Frank" calling out our "line of credit" because it's about to expire. Caller id showed 'Scam Likely' and of course we have no lines of credit and have no intention of calling him back at the number he repeated twice: 562-365-3738.

This is a SCAM. They are bottom feeding creditors who buy up ancient and charged off or bankrupted debts for pennies in an attempt to fraudster someone into agreeing to reinstate a debt. They claim they are offering a large line of credit if you answer, then suddenly turn the tables and say you can get the credit when you take care of such and such old already paid cc debts.

Creditors do not buy debt they issue it.  Now if the rest of your post were actually true then you could sue them for federal and state law violations.

We've had four calls, all go to voicemail with same message about credit line.  Funny part is that he always introduces by saying "This is Lynyrd Skynyrd, no relation to the band".  Almost want to call him back and say my name is Ronnie Van Zant, no relation to the dead rocker.

Just got the same call - from "Leonard Skinner" - claiming a 4.9%  business line of credit, expiring soon, blah blah blah.  BLOCKING.

I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer

So if you don't know anything more about the caller other than what is already posted, why bother telling us "nothing"?

These pinheads tried telling me they were process servers badge #vvv said they were comming to my house. I told him if he did i would serve him his [***]  for a hat.I still await your arrival .
