Got a call today. Message machine. Something about docs with my name on them. Didn't listen to the rest. Nothing online about this number yet. Must be a new phishing number.

A recording telling me i have documents regarding a complaint about me. No company name, no other info. Oh well if it was a debt they legally have to say that so im OK with a "Complaint Against me" or what ever this made up line is.

Answered phone, silence. Sauder HELLO twice then they hung up

NonFixedVOIP     Bandwidth SMSEnabled.. they refuse to say their name when you call back.. A male answered on 1st call and they hu.. a female answered the second time she says company name is "Mitigation."

Called back, phone rang for a long time. I let it ring hoping to get someone to answer or get voicemail or some type of identification. Someone finally did answer with "Mediation Department. Ashlei speaking, how may I help you." She would not identify the company until I gave my details. I hung up without finding who this is.

Calling claiming i owe debt from over 20 years ago wanting a quick payment to avoid Civil Lawsuit

Received call.  Said owed a loan and to stop action needed to pay today...told him when for certified letter would respond.   He has my name address and ss#   scary he has that.   Hung up

Got a call from 480-360-0214 They called twice and left a message the second time with a ref#. Called them back and some lady answered "Mitigation this is Ashley" I advised her I got this message. She put me on hold and some other guy got on the phone. He stated I was facing a civil lawsuit from Eagle Finance which was bought by Capital One who owns the account now and he was advising me of it. I asked for what. He stated for some loan or car loan from 1996. Ok it's 2015.(state of limitations for sure ran out if it was true to begin with) I started to ask him questions like "what's the name of your company and they he called ME a scammer and hung up. I called this number back about 15 times and spoke to several other people who wouldn't give me their name or company name. What they didn't know is they were calling a Economic Crimes investigator..LOL I knew it was a scam but was trying to get any info I could. You will be served in person if you have a civil complaint against you so don't fall for this. I've been blowing up their phone for fun and leaving fun messages.
I will continue to and I add their phone number to the kids prank call number list.
