Second or third call from this company this week.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

These people have called my number numerous times. When my husband answers, they tell him they want to sell him air conditioning, He replies that we do not own our home and asks them to remove us from their list. They apologize and hang up. Today they called our house at 8 a.m. I called them back and asked to speak to the manager. The person on the line said that he was the manager and would help. I explained the situation, and he asked if I was so-and-so. I said, yes, and he wanted me to give him my phone number so he could help. I told him, "You have my number, don't you?" He paused for a moment and said no, so I asked, "Then how do you know my name?" At that point, he became belligerent.  I asked him again, "How do you know my name?"
He paused again and said it came up on his screen, so I asked, "Why does my name come up and not my number?" He bacame quit5e agitated at that point and said, "Look, I'm not going to argue with you about it. You tell me your number, or I won't help you." I told him I would be reporting him for harassment and hung up. WTF???

Abode Air calls my house once a day, but i need answer and they don't leave any messages. This has been going on for about a 2 years. I don't answer the phone if I don't know the #.

I got a call from these idiots today too

Yah I received a call at 7:39 AM Today from these people and when I call back they answer and hang up.

hey have called be about ten times in the past 2 days they call while I am in school and they do not leave a message.  I asked them to not call and they keep calling

These people keep calling my house my cell phone and my children's cell numbers. They will say that they are setting up an appointment to come service my A/C as like I had called them.  I keep telling them my husband does this for a living and why would I use them over him.

They called me both yesterday and today.  Missed call today, yesterday when I picked up a man said, "sorry, I have the wrong #".  I only googled it bc they called back today. mmmm. I suppose they won't be fixing my A/C, should we ever get to the point of having a conversation...

Adobe Air is an A/C manufacturer specializing mostly in commercial HVAC units, and some residential. The Manufacturing plant is located in Phoenix AZ, just south of downtown Phoenix. You know I don't understand why you get so upset about these people they are just doing their job. they are not here to harrass anyone.
if you can understand what customer service is like then you might be able to understand the life of a telemarketer.
also people if you pick up the phone ever to call someone in your family or for anything remember you are telemarketing your own personal life.

People stop complaining. just politely say i am not interested.
be nice about it.
people are just doing what they are paid to do.
Have a little compassion for these people.
Don't be a hypocrite.
go to church on sunday and say you are a goodie goodie.
we are all gods children so please be kind to the person that is calling your house.
if you are angry about something then do not take it out on them.

These morons are illegally calling people who (by looking at the multiple websites with people reporting them) are completely ignoring the no call list.

A quick look at my caller ID shows that they have called 9 times in the past week alone.

I would suggest that everyone on this site calls them several times a day (use *67 1st) whenever they have a few extra minutes free and give them crap back.  If enough people call they will be too busy answering calls to make any calls.

Finally, a quick note to Lisa, either you work for these idiots or you have been smoking some really good [***]. Why don't you post your number so we can call you!

they've called me few a times, the first time i answered and said i dont even have a home, i live in a apartment, so no.  they called a few other times, i didn't answer.  i finally called back and told them to take me off their call list.

and to the person who says "have a  little compassion" you're right, FOR FIRST TIME THEY CALL.  i had compassion for the first time, and i politely told them no, but then they call again and again, even though you already told them no, and to take your number off their list.  Thats ridiculous, and unprofessional.  And these telemarketers, when they apply for that job, they are just doing there job, and part of their job is to stop calling when requested.

I had these folks come out as they offered a heating cooling system check for about $40.00 By the time they left (two guys were here about one hour . They said I had a bad capacitor in my ac, and replaced. Told me If they didn't do a special cleaning on my heating unit and the drains going outside that water could back up and flood they attic. When it came time to pay the serviceman wrote down my credit card # then off the carbon portion of the page turned my card over and wrote down my three didgit security #. Long story short the bill was $ 600.00 ( I've since talked to a local heating co. that my neighbor uses and reccomended. I had them come out told me that the Ac capacitor was probally ok and that the charges for the other work performed was high. That isn't the best part , remember I said that the serviman wrote down my 3 digit security code, well 4 days later I got a call from my credit card company security group inquiring if I had been making charges on line through Pay Pal , thats right you guessed it someone was using my credit card illeaglly on the internet. Thank God they caught it when they did.l sure can't say who did it ,but NO one else had my security code, go figure.

Well after reading all the information form everyone else I must agree. They have called me a number of times after I have told them not to. I dont even own the place I live in I rent.  I told them to stop calling once now I get a call about every day.  Some how they have got my cell number.  I just to let pissed of know I blocked my number and called and all it did was ring... Good idea maybe it was after business hours?

They called me and would not tell me who they were and hung up. I called back and they would not speak when they picked up the phone call. What a bunch of idiots. I hope they pay fines for calling people on the do not call list.

I bought a plan with then for about 1200 dollars and it was supposed to ensure that service would be only $60 every time reguardless of parts needed.. they fixed and cleaned the a/c unit and then it leaked into our house and ruined our wood floor and cause mold in the walls and carpet. We had to get walls knocked out and the floors all redone.. Then when that was over. We thought it had been our fault.. they blew out the line and it happend again. This time i called them and had them come out and he wanted to do something to the a/c unit before i called insurance but he wouldnt let me video tape him ( i wanted to show the insurance company what he had done after the leak in case he was trying not to be financially liable) Then he had the nerve to try and charge me for coming out.. I had to scream at him to get him to leave and i didnt pay.. none the less i didnt get my money back.. we are looking into a case against them. I WOULD NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
