Home Buyers Inc is the name of the Company spam calling

Guy named "Alex" wanting to buy my home.  He had both my name and my spouse's full names.

Jacked him around for 20 minutes pretending I was interested.

Then signed his phone number up on every nasty site I could find!

Came in as "unknown " so rather than answering I googled the number and saw it was spam.

Asked if we wanted to sell our house for cash. Told him we sold it 2 months ago. He seemed dumbfounded by my answer.

My real estate agent warned me about this scam.

They are "prospecting" for senior citizens who have no idea what their home is worth or suffering memory problems.  They just keep calling and calling and calling.  They get new numbers every few days so it's hard to block them.  This is the 50th "alex" I've spoken to.

Please tell your parents and grandparents not to answer these calls.

I love when people paint things with such a broad brush but somehow still miss the facts.  They are looking to flip homes.  Anyone qualifies not just senior citizens.  Anyone of any age.  By the way, why have you not done your part by playing interested, finding out who is actually calling and then suing them?
