I got a message form this number saying that they got my number from my friend Amanda (I have no friend Amanda) and to look her up on shotmeet dot com if I wanted to hook up.  Apparently I am the first person to complain about a text from this specific number, but others appear to have received the same text from a similar number.

So what is even crazier about this is that my husband got this text and freaked out because my name is Amanda. No idea how they got his number.

Just because I wanna hook up doesn't mean I'm a bad person. But in this case I referred my friend to you. Actually... I have a secret crush on you. Hope you'll read this.  Love, Amanda

Somebody is spoofing my daughters phone number with a message to hook up with someone at 480-823-5909.  It also had a reference to shotmobt.com or shotmoat.com (I can't remember which).

i also received the same text.  how do i block this number
