    "Hi, this is Eric...". "Eric" is not a real person, or if he is, his voice is recorded.  This is a computer calling.  "Eric" used to call from a different number with the great news that my prior stay at one of their resorts qualifies me for a fantastic vacation offer.  Needless to say, he never identifies how company not the resort I supposedly stayed at.

    Similar with me.  Seemed like a robot.   I asked if he was and he said that he was a real person.   I answered in a foreign language.   His response was definitely not like a real person.  "He" eventually hung up.
