Never leaves a message and calls me every single day. I do not answer.

I am being called repeatedly by this number. They left a message about a car warranty. I called back to be put on their no call list and was promptly hung up on. I tried for 30 times constantly being put on hold at the answer to my call then hung up on each and every time. The last time I finally called they said they will put me on the no call list. Today I received more calls from them even blocking the number from my phone. I tried calling back and again am repeatedly hung up on. Is there any way to sue the pants off these harrassing people??
