I received an email from Haisel David, claiming I had been with Geek Squad for 2 years.  They said they had tried to contact me multiple of times but I did not answer them so they went ahead and charged my to Credit Card $431.88.  They said if I had questions, to call 804-375-2476 (Virginia).  I foolishly called them to find out what this was, and received a call back from Pennsylvania - 484-548-1090.   I told them I didn't want the service and they must cancel it.  They claimed the only way to do so was to get into my computer so they could disconnect their service - that sent up a "red flag". They refused to give me the last 4 of my CC number, claiming it was in a different dept.  I asked for proof that I had purchased this service from them before, as I didn't remember doing so.  I told them I would not give them access to my computer.  Meanwhile I looked up Geek Squad online and discovered it was a scam. When I told them that, they hung up on me.   I'm sorry I didn't do that sooner and would have prevented giving them my phone #.
