Relentless scammers impersonating IRS calling from different phone numbers. Caller ID shows WIRELESS CALLER or UNKNOWN NAME, with same voice message that they are filing a lawsuit and call them back. Reported numbers to TIGTA website -Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. Lots of helpful info there about scams.

IRS phone scam. Says I have an open case file

"IRS" Scammers - robo message saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me, and that I need to call them back.
Received 3 calls with the same message from a different number yesterday. These guys are relentless!

got a message to call this number and when i call they hang up or answer but will not talk, thinking its a scam

Stupid Robo Calls.  They keep calling me. They are persistent.  I don't know what they want.  I know that the IRS is not filing a lawsuit against me.  The IRS would send me a letter first, and give me a chance to contact them at an 800 number.

Same as above posts however did my research and believe it to be a scam as well

50-758-9609 called me asking for upwards of $8,000 for tax fraud from the years 09-13. stating there is a warrant for my arrest. and that i need to pay now or go to jail.
