Just said to call and left a phone number, no message, no who they are with, just call.  Yeah, like that's gonna happen.  Said her name was "Katrina", (yeah, like the storm).

It's a collection agency. We all should start CALLING THEM! OFTEN! Ask them how they got into this line of work. Why not something more respectable like prostitution or burger king? Harass them right back. Suggest they get their GED  and try to go to a community college, learn a trade. Ask them why they are such a failure. Do they drink a lot? Have they considered suicide? Rip these f***ers apart. Oregon claims to be such a liberal state but then they allow this state law? Allow a company to harass you? All it is is harassment. Who the hell would call back someone they don't know? And then they use you not calling them back as a reason to charge you more money. I seriously thought it was porn spam. Give these a**holes hell until they cave!!!!!!

Quick Collect - a collection agency in Oregon/Washington

Never got a call from them before, but I knew just from the hostility and undisguised anger in the voice that it was a collection agency. The sneering, contemptuous voice of "jessie" was just dripping venom and bile.

Oh, yeah... I'll call them back right away. And put them right at the top of my list of medical bills to pay. Even before I pay off the surgeons who saved my life.

Got a call from 503.252.0083 - unknown caller. Let it go to voice mail.

"Hi ___, this is Ronda...call me 503.252.0083."  

Very casual message like she was a friend of mine.  Not professional and did not address me by my legal name but instead used the nickname I have on my voice mail.

at least you all got calls. i didn't even get a call before someone put a claim on me. i don't even have any medical bills out there other than one from over a year ago...apparently i just got one in december..? what the hell. what do you do when that happens and you call the number on their website and it goes to a personal number that says "leave a message" for both the customer service number and personal phone number. this seems really unreal to me. i don't believe that this is a collection agency for the simple fact that i don't owe a medical bill of the amount they accused me of.

If it is blocked or unknown number I will not answer it anyway even 1800 numbers so on and so forth. Like I'm really going to call them back! What ever. I know they are only doing their job but pls. I received a call from this # and Audry said" Scott you need to call me back".  I called it back and the receptionist said do you have a file #, no. she asked my name and sd hold on. audry answered to ask me to verify my birthdate and i refused until she told me what this was about. IT WAS COLLECTION AGENCY, QCI  (QUICK COLLECT INC.) THEIR ADDRESS IS 155 B. ST IN LAKE OSWEGO, OR. THEY ARE  COLLECTING FOR MEDICAL BILLS (OHSU). I TOLD HER TO CEASE AND DESIST ANY AND ALL CONTACT.PERIOD. AS PER THE FDCPA LAWS.......I RECORDED THE CONVERSATION TO HER KNOWLEDGE AS SHE HAD BROKEN THE LAW BY NOT TELLING ME WHAT THE COMPANY NAME WAS SHE WAS CALLING FROM ON MY VOICE MAIL ON THE ORIGINAL CONTACT TO ME. THE PRESIDENTS NAME IS DAVID GARNER AS LISTED ON ALL LICENSES

A person named Audrey at 503-252-0083 left a msg for me to call her. However, she did not call me, this b*&$#@ some how found my mothers cell phone number and has been harassing her & waisting her minutes.

A woman called me on this number identifying herself as Harley. She was calling on a friend of mine. NOT EVEN ME! Is that legal? I shouldn't be privy to a friends bills, should I?

Its a collection agency collecting on old medical bills. This company is legit and will be very serious to sue you if you do not call them back and try to make this work. This bill will not go away. So call and make arrangements. Its better than having a Sheriff show up at your house serving you court papers. And it happens...believe me!!  I talked with Barbara at 360-252-0083 and she was VERY helpful and considerate to my situation. Im glad I called.

Sounds to me like your from that office trying to get us to call you.  If not with the BBB and they dont address themselves as the law requires, they are not legit to me!

got a call  from "private line number 503-256-1573 ", recalled it. QCI debt collectors ,  off an answering machine.

When I  answered the  phone. A lady called  asking for another person, I asked 2x if she ( id herslf as Angela)  was with a company, she said it was just a personal call, refused to say anything else and asked  the other person to call the number 503-252-0083

Called my boyfriend's phone. Left the message "James..this is important. Call me back".  He wanted to call back so I told him what to say. Of course they didn't identify themselves properly, wanted HIM to verify information and of course got pissy when he refused. He aggravated the woman so much...good for him...she got mad and hung up..

He actually doesn't owe anyone anything so it is obviously a scam. Hate these people.

It is against the law for collections to leave info on your answering machine that would ID themselves as a collection agency.  You get a letter from them letting you know about your bill.  If you owe the money why not just pay it then no one would call you.  If we all just paid are bills then there would be no need to collection agency's!

Called and left mesaage stating me or my husband needed to call back with an oregon number but the caller i d said quick collect with a number of 360 256 4349. Fat chance.

well you have been blessed by phone calls,all we get is garnishments and no bills or any mail prior. and to find out its a familys bill we are paying on noway for them to care they just want there money. Also they have information more than I care to go in to and if they would bill the people not the ones that have no doctor bills it would be nice..
Also can correct if you do not know and it would be nice if they did there research alittle better than to google it and guess that these are relationships are in fact true family..didnt know we would be paying for family members all are life or another words fraud..even after the 3rd time we write a letter fax it to them and ask them to please fix there issues..I never knew we would pay for other family members medical bills just because they cannot..
