These People call as for many months,and every day, sometimes more than once a day.. I have reported them to " Do not call " list , to no avail ! I have asked the to stop calling, I have yelled at them , yet, they just keep on calling on voicmail.  That " Do not call list " is totally worthless !!

The only thing 'totally worthless' here is your post since you apparently got it out of a place best left unmentioned and have done NO research into how the DNC works. Scammers don't care about what you want so arguing with them is pointless!

Guess what!?!?  This is MY voicemail number too from Consumer Cellular.  I'm getting weird voicemails, one in an Asian language, and another from a realtor that never leaves a call back number or name. Will discuss what has happened with my carrier.  By the way, I have a niece who learned how to spoof calls and used to like to heckle me with a flurry of calls over the holidays.  I've also had a bunch of mailings telling me our car warranty needs to be renewed.  They have the make, model, and VIN info right but they never leave a business name, only a phone number. I'm terribly sorry if all this mess was accomplished through someone gaining control over my phone account!  Yes, it is all spam but not my activity.  We merely reside in Eugene, OR and don't run a business.

Guess what!?!? Chris was here 9 YEARS AGO and is never going to return to see your reply. And no one gained control over your phone account. It's simply a scammer spoofing the Consumer Celluar voicemail phone number.

Another car warranty scam.  This is the fifth call I have received in two days.  The Do Not Call List is a joke.  These guys keep on calling.

Constantly calls and texts my phone somehow gets around the blocking. Online reports indicate this is a very well known spammer dude located in the rural area west of Portland Oregon. I never answer if I do not recognize the number. This one is recognized as spammer so I don't answer it. But I hate that the guy can get around the blocking and unfortunately my phone doesn't have a text blocking feature

A recording asking for a password I don't have.  I can't get the notification for this call off of my phone.

Just read through the documentation for your phone model and I am sure you can find out how to delete a notification.
