    Called my son's cell phone.  HE IS A KID! Damn scammers called him in the middle of class! Said they were a bankruptcy attorney and threatened him.

    1.  Your kid doesn't need a phone, and 2. If there really is some underlying reason that he would absolutely, positively need it, then it should be turned off during class so that he can learn something.  After all you wouldn't want him to be so uneducated that he couldn't get a job and would then become a criminal calling kids during class to scare them into paying money, now would you?
