    For the last week I have been getting at least 3 calls a day from this number.  I don't answer and let the answering machine pick up, they don't ever leave a message.  Today I decided to pick up the phone but stay silent, didn't say hello, I just picked up and listened, they did not say a word either so after 15 seconds I hung up.
