I answered, because we do have a Molina Healfhcare where I live.  It was a "final notice" robocall with a fake offer to lower credit card rates.  I pressed 1 to give them a piece of my mind.  I've heard of this before, scammers spoofing and phishing actual doctor's numbers, which can put  patients in jeopardy or worse when thenoffice ant receive calls sndnostients can't get theiigh if the line is tied up by these criminals.  The guy was young, had a Hindi accent (of course, it was the Mumbai Mafia), and couldn't seem to stop giggling from the moment I was connected to him, all the way through me trying to speak.  He then hung up...  still giggling.  It sounded like a boilerplate room, and when I tried t contact Molina, I found out this is now a nonworking Molina number.  Perhaps they terminated the number because of these scammers.  So it's a nonworking spoofed number now, that may have been phished in the past.  This scammer angered me, no morality at all.  And he wasn't even interested in trying to scam me, he couldn't stop giggling.
