Unknown caller

Olmstead medical center left message on my phone saying I needed to call back a Randy and that they were open until 9

Olmsted Medical Center left a message to call this number and that they were open until 8:00pm.  I've tried twice. Once that evening and once during the day.  All you get is an answering machine.  The phone is answered "supervisor's desk".

Olmsted Medical Center called, left message to call back, they were there til 7pm.

When I answer there is a recording that says to please hold for a representative. No one ever picks up and the call disconnects after a few minutes.

I called them back and I also get please hold. You listen to some music and get no answer.

It is the number that Olmsted Medical Center's Collection Agency,   if you call it and actually get through to someone best of luck,  They are Not OMC employees,  rather employees Affiliated Credit, contracted by OMC to collect medical bills.

I get calls from this number and they never leave a message on my voice mail , I just hear a buzzing noise

This number has called me 2 times a day for the last 2 weeks. They never leave a message. I called back and they wanted to get all my personal information. I told them to stop calling this number because it was a business number, the calls continued.

Did not answer. OMC called me from a different number therefore I didn't answer this call.

I got a call from this # today the called seemed almost inebriated and much slower than normal Olmsted calls. I hung up and called Olmsted and found that after the switch to their new MyChart system my wife was not being notified of bills sent only for me, so we combined the accounts so we can see charges more easily.

I just got a phone call from the number, I said 'hello' twice, no one answered.  So I hung up.  If it's there private bill collector.  I set up a payment option on the portal & am almost done paying it off.
Sounds like OMC needs to maybe "make" rules, "train" any staff, or figure out what the billing is doing.

Answered the call and all i heard was hold music

I got called multiple asking for Breden Fesmiller to call back. I called back to tell them I am not Brenden, she said sorry. It stop calling for a while then the same person call asked for Breden again. I don't call back. I think it must be scam.

Called me and no one was there so I was asking hello for 20 seconds before hanging up
