- LMLThis number just called my DNC listed landline today at 1002 hours. I glanced at the number and ignored it. Clearly it is a scam artist because they're the only ones who call me on my landline. Folks, it doesn't do any good to scream at criminals to stop calling you, either here or on the phone. They're criminals trying to trick you into giving out your personal information, like your credit card. (That free cruise call some people have gotten? That's so they can tell you that you just have to pay the taxes and some other small charges. Gee, if you give me your credit card, I'll take care of that and we can reserve your cruise right now!) Criminals don't care that you don't want them to call you and they don't even care if you know they're scam artist. If they cared about you or anyone else except themselves, they wouldn't be a criminal. I blocked the number but these morons just spoof new ones on a regular basis, so that will only work for a short period of time.
- Caller: scam artist
- LJCCall to unlisted business cell this am. Will block.

- SissyI didn't answer but they left a voice mail... robo call about lowering my interest rate... whoa, it's my last chance to do it so press 1 now! or press 3 to stop receiving these calls... HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! blocked.
- EdAnswered call, and it was the rather ancient credit card scam. Shortly thereafter, got another scam call from a carpet cleaning business - but was really a spoofed number. The credit card scammers are connected to MANY other scams. Is a criminal network - no way to get off the list or to block the calls - as the spoofed numbers change all the time. The scam calls always come in batches - so is obvious that they are connected. 99% of the unknown numbers that call are scams.
- Caller: scam
- just tireddon't know business. I got an option to opt out of future calls. hope it works
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Grace replies to ghostrider| 1 replyEven more frustrating is that we USED to be protected from this cr-- when we PAID for an UNLISTED #. Now everyone can get it anyway it seems.
- Tamianth replies to GraceNi phone number is safe from dialers and computers whether its unlisted, cell or landline. They use sequential dialing.
Google your name & number and any place such as Spokeo that shows up, make them remove the information. And lets ad hacking and security breaches, not to mention the IRS being hit 3 times.
