    "Hello [name], Emma here from a local arborist serving Hillsborough. We're offering discounted services for tree trimming and removal. Want pricing?"

    Forward the text to 7726 (SPAM) to let the phone companies be aware of it.
    A report to the FTC would be good also since they are offering a service, which makes them a telemarketer violating the Do Not Call Registry rules (assuming that you are signed up).
    The scammer sending these texts out has absolutely no idea of geography and makes no effort to even seem realistic.  There is no Hillsborough in Arizona nor in Minnesota (where this number would be located).  The closest Hillsborough to Arizona is in Northern California, which would be a bit of a trip just to trim a few branches.  Their overall stupidity betrays them.
