Reverse Lookup provided landline, St. Charles, MN no other info. Same worthless, most annoying crap. Purposefully hopping all over the place, spoofing true location, a most obnoxious daily assault. Number keeps changing just to render blocking ineffective. Note sending "STOP" back may incur overseas, hefty, long-distance unexpected charges, and they know it.
