Calls from 508-281-2623 (claiming caller-ID "Flowroute, Inc." ) are scam calls.  They are placed by an automatic dialing machine.  If you answer such a call, you get put on the "Future-Call" list for many future scams by many future scammers.

Pain medication telemarketer. Started with a notice suggesting it was an official notice for blue cross blue shield customers, then went on to pitch a non-addictive pain medication.

No company name stated and no way of telling them not to call me without adding myself to the active list to be sold onto.... the  next telemarketer.

CID reads FLOWROUTE. Didn't answer but will call BC/BS to make them aware that I too received this call. I agree about AARP giving away our info. Never got all these calls before. These and life insurance junk mail.

Received 2 calls 4:46 pm. & 4:49 pm. Caller ID: Marlborough, MA.  Did not answer & no message left!  Annoying!

I do not want unsolicited phone calls...I run to the phone when it rings...only to find no one there or a. message that does not pertain to me...Please put me on a 'do not call list'..I almost killed myself getting to the phone...this call had to do with Blue Cross/ Shield and some meds, I believe...I do not have nor do I want Blue Cross at this time....I am satisfied with my current health coverage....plus, they called back and I was telling at a machine to find out who it was!!!

spoof caller did not leave any voice-mail.  Appreciate info provided by others on nature of this disturbing scam.

My client was getting calls from this number constantly, until a month ago when I reported this number. It has started again. She is a terminally ill woman and should nit have to deal with this.

FlowRoute?  calling?  What the heck... don't know them, don't want them. It's incessant, though. 4x this week. Blocked.

Repeat caller who leaves no voicemail when I don't pick up (seeing Flowroute Inc) on caller id.  Appreciate info from others on nature of the health info scam.

PIcked up out of boredom.   In the middle of the recording I hit one.  Ended up with some 'representative'.  Called him a "Dipsh**'   He started laughing at me.  I said, "Keep talking.  The longer I can keep you on the line, maybe there's 1 less chance you can scam somebody".  He asked why I thought this was a scam as all they were trying to help people,  I said I'm on the state and Fed DNC lists.  He laughed at that and also said "Do you swear at everybody like this?"  I answered "No, only to bottom-feeding scavengers like you.  Bottom feeders bypass DNC lists, [***]".

As reported on the first page of this thread, this company appears to be a web based communications and app development company, nothing at all to do with pain management.

I agree about AARP. Never got all these calls before. Don't expect me to renew. Don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. FLOWROUTE, INC doesn't sound like something I wat anyway.

In one minute number called my home 6 times in a row!  When I finally answered on the last call, no one there!  Ugh! So irritating. After reading these posts I will not answer anymore. I don't even have BC/BS. These types of people make me sick!

Calls for the 'American Chronic Pain Association' and/or Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA offering pain medication.

Called BC/BS of Mass cause I am a subscriber, the person took the information and said they would pass it along and it was not them doing the calling or authorizing the call, but the representative did not seem aware of the previous notifications on this thread or of any actions by BC/BS - so don't hold your breathe - block the number and report it to DO Not Call - This is a scam!

About pain relief medication. Claimed they were from Blue Cross Blue Shield. I have BCBS and that is not the number they use, as I have recently received a call from them.

I also can't believe someone is pushing pain pills at this time in this state. I don't know what the scam is. The claim is I will receive free medication if I press 1, which I did not do.

The call was into the Northampton area of Western MA. About 7:05 PM, 30 Nov 2016
