- FrantzR| 1 replyI received a recorded message from 509-331-5212 telling me that I was being sued by the IRS and to call the number back right away. I contacted my accountant, had him on the phone and called the number back. Mr. Mack Lawson, ID #IRM637 answered the phone and asked me what number did I received the call on? I replied since you are the IRS and claimed to have filed a lawsuit against me, you should have all the information that you need. He insisted that I gave him the phone number, since I did not he said the IRS will see you in court and hang up the phone.
- MARKL replies to FrantzRJust had exact same experience. I asked him to guide me to the spot on the IRS website that would allow me to explore the details of this issue, and I got the "see you in court" response.

I promise you one thing, if and when the IRS will sue you, you will know about it. There will be no one calling you. Expect a Marshall on your front door serving papers. These people are ridiculous.

- Kip Leitner replies to NikkiMan Identified himself as IRS, asking for my phone number. I was immediately suspicious and asked him to identify himself and where we was calling from. When I asked him "what country are you calling from, he did not respond." There is a serious violation going on here. I hung up.

- Lawrence GuillotJust received a call again from this number. For all to know. I contacted by the IRS. They didn't contact me this way. They did it by registered mail. I called them back just for fun and got an INDIA connection. These people pray on your ignorance of the law but you can fight back. Each time they call just give them a long fake case number they will stop when you tell them you are filing for them to appear in court.
