Called at 7:35 p.m., said the person they were calling about had an 'account' with their office, then immediately wanted me to start verifying personal details about who they were calling about (who I did not know). Wow. Really? Never said what the account was, so that was strange. And kind of late to be calling anyway.

Says who? Don't expect scammers to care about time, day, age, or health, especially if they're calling from India/Middle East. They run 24/7 365 and care only about cheating and stealing from whoever they can. No kind of answer on your end, you'll hear nothing at all.

Call came in at 8Pm- --new phone and no one has number yet so did not accept.  DId not leave msg.  Glad to be able to check this page.

509-9284611 My CALLER ID says this is PETERSON ENT. / I guess this is to try and fool you into picking up the phone and answering. According to some of the comments listed here it is a collection agency.

Call at least a few times a week at odd ends of the day. Was in the middle of texting a friend just now and they called. Phone tried to auto answer them but I hung up right away as it's not a number on my list. Didn't give them the chance to say anything and they never leave a message anyways.

This number does belong to Valley Empire collection (which is a legitimate collections company in the Spokane Valley). However; we receive many scam calls that are spoofed numbers belonging to legitimate local businesses. no problem at home or on my cell, but at work; we have to answer every call whether we know the number or not. These calls are getting way out of hand; wish the govt. would step up and do something about it! As for the call i received (just a few minutes ago) I wasn't sure if this was actually Valley Empire, or a scammer spoofing their number (the lady just said "sorry, i must have the wrong number).

I can assure you 110% that there is no such thing as a "legitimate collections company ".  Every one of them violates the law which then makes them criminals.

Phishing. They knew my name but nothing else. They wanted me to verify personal information they did not have. They would give me wrong information hoping I would say that's wrong and then supply them with the correct info.
Hang up and block the number.

Received a call from this number 7/26/22 @ 1941 hours PDT. Didn't answer it and they did not leave a voicemail.

The number belongs to Valley Empire COLLECTIONS they call in hopes of you answering to then continue their collection. Attempts a call from multiple numbers and yeah, odd hours throughout the day.
