charles bryan called my work yesterday work is salvation army. 509-329-2776.i called him back today and he said there is an uotstanding balanace of 5998.00 with FSA and i needed to make a payment of 990.88 today or tomarrow i will go to jail

The message they left threatened to report me to social security administration. And wished me "good luck". I called them back 5 times since thats how many times they called me.......first they said "law offices"  and put me on hold.....i called back four more times and they say "crime investigation bureau" when they answer.......when I told them to remove my number they asked for my name. I said I will not give you my name then they hung up. When I called again I asked them what the name of the company is and they hung up. Now I am putting a social security theft on my credit report and changing my account numbers.

Received call on voice mail from this number. Advised I better return their call or God help me for what is to come of me.  I called back and rude people answered phone asked who i was or number i received call from them on. Advised he had to transfer me he did not have my information. Waited for transfer I was hung up on, called back same person answered advised again of my phone number transfered hung up on.....called back again Advised I am being threatned and keep getting hung up on. They transfered again and hung up called back and line rung busy for 5 minutes. I finally got the same person on the phone again and advised him to remove my number not to call and threaten me again with any type of action. He yelled at me and some type of jiberish not able to understand, I then hung up the phone.

Lesson learned to be careful with SCAMS!!

Received a call from this number stating there was legal action against my social security number and he read off the last four of my social.  He asked me if I was aware of this action and I said no.  When he said he was going to give me the number to the Attorney handling the case I lhung upon him.  I then received two more calls from the same number.

Some ghandi speaking man called my house phone at 7:30am and left cryptic message and at the end of call wished me luck for what was to unfold before me.  Strange.  This call started after I

I got the same call it's a scam I live in mauldin sc and I called maudlin police on them everyone needs to report them to the IC3 it's the FBI fraud prevention line it's an online form do not give these people any kind of information I keep blocking their numbers from my cell now they are calling my home

They called my work today. And i return the call and they said i owed 878.19 and if i didnt pay i was going to jail. They also told me to go to walmart or cvs and get a green dot money pak to send money they would hold the line and give me information where to send it. I did not do this.

I used a loan website to try and get a loan of a little over 2k to repair my drivers license, When that didn't work out i got a call from an inda guy who said he could get me a loan for what i needed.He had me pay over $4 to get two diffrent credit checks.I find out at the end the load was only for $250 and NOT the $1500 he'd said i would get.A few days later i get a call on the Lan line with a treat,i didn't catch the name but when my cell rang it had the same number so i let it goto voice mail.I then called back on my cell and asked what was going on.He was VERY RUDE to me and hung up. I tried calling back and changing my tone to "Please" as in i was beging him to find out what i did wrong and what was i getting sued for IF that was the case.He hung up on me and i tried back a few times.Then i Yahoo.com searched the number and got this website.I still don't know whats going on and IF i should be worried about this.It seems that IF this is to stop we all need to file a complaint against this guy for what he's doing.It's wrong and unfair to treat people that way.IF anyone wants to contact me regarding this and maybe we cabn fight back let me know.AngelOfDeath_93543@yahoo.com is my Email.IF not god bless and good luck .

i received one of their dumba$$ calls claiming they are going to call the cops on me and asking for my lawyers information and I told them I am a lawyer and they quickly got ignorant and when i started spitting out legal jargon they hung up on me, I am far from dumb I work in a law office and I am currently in school for legal studies. So I just called them 3 times to get my point across that I had better not ever ever receive another call from them again, and of course they were mouthy and hung up on me lol

I also got a called from this people, they stole my ss and bc from me and kids and this guys called saying i need to pay day some loan i was , wht are u talking about, then the say we have a issue to ur arrest, so i told them to hold on so they can speak to a police officer and they hang up.I called back and use another name and ask for the supervisor and told her that i need her name and address they ask for my number so she tranfer me and once the other person got on the phone "supervisor" i told her that im going to sue them for all they got, she hang up on me, This is so stresfull i was crying. OMG how can people be this cruel.

I got a call from this phone number on May 1, 2012, threatening me with arrest for bank fraud if I didn't pay a payday loan, which I never got.  Applied for, yes.  Received, no.  The first guy who called me seemed horrified that I didn't know what he was talking about, and gave me this phone number to call a Carl Nicholson back, right away!!!
When I callled this number back, I noticed that it was in fact the same number that had called me in the first place, and that the same guy answered the phone, although this Carl Nicholson said that the first guy was his paralegal.  He claimed to be an attorney representing some payday loan company, and said he was filing charges against me with the Attorney General for bank fraud.  When I told him I had no idea what he was talking about because I didn't have any payday loan, he said, well, I'll just file the charges then, and hung up on me.
Additionally, about a half hour later, I got a similar but far more detailed call from another guy claiming to represent an attorney for American Cash, and making the same threats.  That phone number was 1-618-200-9344.  I told this guy to go ahead and file the charges, because I wasn't paying for a loan I never got.
I just got off the phone with my bank, and I changed my account number.  My next step will be to contact the three credit bureaus and place a fraud alert on my files.  I also plan on contacting the Secret Service and FBI, as well as the FTC.  I may also file some harassment charges of my own, since these guys scared the bejesus out of me for almost a week.  I couldn't figure out just how I was defrauding anyone, since I never got anything, but I figured with my luck, I'd be going to prison for something I didn't do!

On May 1, 2012, I got a call from this number claiming to be an attorney named Carl Nicholson, threatening me with arrest for bank fraud if I didn't repay a payday loan (which I never received).  When I told him I had no idea what loan he was talking about, he said he'd just go ahead and file the charges, and then he hung up on me.

I get someone telling me that if I do not give them the information they are requesting that law enforcement will be coming to my work and arresting me so I had better cooperate.  When I started asking questions, the individual (who could barely speak English) began swearing at me and demanding that I give him the information or I would be in jail real soon.  I told him I was contacting the Attorney General's Office and he said that they were working with them.  Of course, I knew he was lying so I did file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office.  He claimed his name was Steven Jones.

They have tried twice today, same junk.  I actually have a attorney and he has told me to give him all the information I get from the voice mails because there are people trying to find a away to actually stop these people.  They are thieves and try everything they can to steal your hard earned money.  Report them all, every time they call.  It is better than doing nothing.

This clown called me saying he worked for the highland police department and that he was filling fraud charges and i was going to jail and this and that so I called the highland police and told them what he was saying and the officer I spoke with said he was going to advise him not to call again and if he did call me back to call him and let him know and he would pursue the matter further I just think its funny when these people call trying to get you to pay them money no questions asked and there are some people out there who do. The guy said his name was Charles bryan sounded to me like a terrorist trying to fund a training camp do not be fooled by these clowns when they call with their thick accents claiming their name is Bob Charles chad or sandy you would think that the government would care a little more. What a world we live in

Pretty all the same routine with everyone here. I got a call from this number and additional number both obviously from Asian or Indian call centers. Listening to them mispronounce their own Anglo sounding names is hilarious.

Anyway, called our Attorney General and was told this was a phishing and scam outfit trying to scare people into paying something or foolishly handing over a CC# or bank info. Further to this I was told 'IF' you return their calls then your number is switched to another list and it means you might be susceptible to their scamming and they will continue to call. Since they are calling my cell which is also my work number I simply added the number to my contacts list and then put the number on 'block' what the AG said is after a month of not returning their calls they will go away.

BTW ... No ONE can come out tomorrow and 'arrest' you over a debt. Also, the AG said to keep a record or the recording in case they 'threaten' you and if that happens call the local police department and file a criminal complain. Nothing may come of it though as these numbers are originating from offshore.

same mo ,same calls ,except i spent the whole night calling them over and over ,making them crazy,just like they have done to me.,they finally took there phone off the hook.

I have called and harrassed these people all day now, and will continue to do to them what they have done to me.  I suggest that everyone does the same.  They are cussing me out now, hanging up on me, and taking their phone off the phone.  WE CAN SHUT THEM DOWN!  Go for it y'all!
