harrassing calles from this number dont answer

THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING GIVE NO INFO TO THEM,,, I MESS RIGHT BACK WITH THEM,,,  THEY CALL ME AT HOME AND WORK,, THEY GET YOUR INFO THREW THE NET,,,,   THEN PREY ON YOU SAYING YOU OWE A DEBT AND TRY TO SCARE YOU BY SAYING YOUR GOING TO BE ARRESTED,, I NEVER HEARD OF ANYONE BEING ARRESTED FOR A DEBT,, LMAO,,,,BUT NEVER THE LESS THEY ARE [***] FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY, LOW LIFE SCUM

Just called me 3 times in a row. Told them I wasn't interested in their scam. Caller identified himself as a rep from ACH Legal services. Advised I owed money and was going to be arrested in 24 hours if I didn't pay them. Got this same type of call last week from a number in Florida.

Yet again, the losers who don't even know anything about US laws.  Debt isn't a criminal issue here, so you don't get arrested for it.  Maybe in Pakistan or the Dominican Republic.  This one is right up there with the "arrest warrant out for your social security number"...I have visions of little blue social security cards peering out of a jail cell..."D)

ACS legal services just called me saying the same thing they had the last for of my social and bank account but I never signed for any loan and yes he had a Indian accent and bad attitude PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE HARASSING EVERYONE

Got the same scammer phone call as described above.  When was rude back,  told him I had not neglected payday loans, and that I was not going to get arrested tomorrow (and coule he please tell me what law I had broken) he hung up on me.  I called back, he told me it was not him I had been talking to and told me to F*** off and hung up again.  lol.  

Then I tried to call back, the number belonging to a legal office- no one answers.  Not like any legal firm I've ever heard of.  

TOTAL SCAM

Just got the the same scammer call. They were rude internationals They told me I was going to be arrest in 45 mins, because I haven't paid my loan.  I ask what loan you are you talking about, all they would say is a unpaid loan? I ask who was suing me and he said he couldn't tell me.I ask them were there office was located they said San Francisico and gave me an address. There is no such address in San Fran.These please need to be stopped.This is a total SCAM!

These people qouted me my social security number telling my i am part of a law suite but wont tell me want it is regarding and asking me for my attorney imformation 7 times a day

Received four calls demanding my personal information. They said a lawsuit had been filed against me, I am only 14 go figure...hehe

I am being harrassed by persons calling from this number. They said I am being sued by some unkown entity and that they can legally represent me.

i got a call from this number,saying that i had a law suite against,my social security number,that,i owed a payday, loan that i did not even recieve.they have my ss#and bank #now i will have to close my account,this man was very,nasty,over the phone,he was also some kind of farner,india,or something.bad english,he called at least 4 times,i told him i didnot get any kind of loan,i didnt know what he was talking about,that is when he got ugly,i did go online,to see about one,after i found out about the fee,i was not interested,when they called,i told them no thanks,this is how he got my info.

same number is been calling me, when i dont answer my cell, they started calling my job and complain about me to my manager, i almost got fired.. never had a loan thing. i reported to the police( the scam unit) they need to stop!!! Please do something

A man by the name of Mike Davis has called me 4 different times twice to my place of employment, and twice on my cell phone, claiming the same thing that I am being sued by someone and that they need to hear from my attorney today otherwise only God know what will unfold is exactly what he left me in one of the voicemails. This is totally bogus, everything described above is exactly what he has mentioned on the voicemail.  Nothing but scammers!!!

Called me saying I owed a payday loan, and said i was going to be arrested tomarrow.

Received message from a Dan with accent - cannot nderstand ......ACF legal service - for me to have attorney contact them in regard to law suit with my name and SS# ......hotline# .....can't even remember his number .......WHO THE HELL IS HE ....these people !!!! ?????

This number and same guy calls constantly but they also have other numbers. He says the same things as stated above. He has now escalated to calling and harassing me at work.

i got a call from the same number.i told him he is a scammer and to leave me a lone.he told me i was crazy and need to do what he is telling me.i cussed him out and hung up.2 minutes later he called back,trying to convinse me to check my mailbox cause there are legal papers waiting for me and then to call him back.i told him to stop calling my house and that i will go to the police and give them their number.he hung up and so far didnt call back.they even called my job,unbelievable!!!!!!@

I received the same message. I have a lawsuit against my name, and social... I called back like 10 times, NO ANSWER!! This is crap!!

This ACH Legal Services called me too and stated before they send the policy out to arrest me, they would like to discuss this bill I owe. After he finished I politely told him never to call my work or home again and if the person I owe money too would like to call me directly, I would be more than happy to talk to them

Same thing with me only I wasnt smart and got scammed for 310.00!! Rotten[removed:lang]! Their names were Kevin the attorney and. Jack Wilson...BEWARE!!!
