Silent call that hung up after several seconds

4-3-2018, 12:23pm, noon lunch time. Fake Spoof CID. Scammers hustle suckers like you for everything you got for them to keep robo calls to scam more and more

Confirmed BOT caller. Don’t answer!

No message.

Robo-dialed from spoofed number. Claims to work for contractor to get homeowners into PACE energy efficiency program. They tried to make me think they work for the country. No! the city! No, a contractor! Do not fall for it!  I keep asking these guys to stop calling me but they do from new spoofed numbers.  So I wasted their time and made an appointment for them to assess my home for solar energy - but I already have solar.  Too bad for them.  I hope to get their actual organization name so I can report them more effectively to the FTC for calling do-not-call numbers, the FCC for endeavoring to make financial gain from a spoofed number (wire-fraud), and the attorney general for invasion of privacy.

Caller hung up on 2nd ring.  Returned call reached busy signal.  Given the previous comments,  either spam or total disregard for DNC list.
