Someone left me a message to call back this number because he was handling my case and that I was in trouble. I called this number and he said I have violated federal law, collateral check fraud and theft by deception; by doing an EFT with USNB. He asked if I wanted to resolve it out of court or that I'm going to get arrested. I never did any electronic fund transfers.

Called my girlfriends phone claiming to ba a cop.

Officer Mike ?- claimed to be an Officer with the Fed. Crime Dept. of CA.  I requested his ID #, Full name, Mailing Address.  He hung up.  I contacted the CA General Attorney to report incident.  The Rep. at the G.A. office know of this group and informed me that that have disposal cell phones that can not be traced. Block their number and do not answer.  This is a spam.

I just received a call from 916-395-0000, the call back number left was 510-214-8915.  The guy said his name was Officer Mike and was calling from the FBI.  I told the guy I never used internet payday loans.  He didn't want to listen to what I was saying so I hung up on him.

I received another bogus call from someone who sounded Indian, stating his name was Tom Brown, and left the phone number 510-214-8915.  He stated that I needed to have my attorney call him, but he did not clarify exactly why, just that if I didn't call immediately, then I would have some trouble.  I have a near perfect credit score, and have only had speeding tickets, so I doubt there is any sort of "criminal issues" I need to be concerned about.  This is the second call I have received from someone with the same type of accent (very difficult to understand).  The last call I received similar to this was last November, 2009.

got a message from a guy with heavy indian accent claiming to be officer mike.  said i was in big trouble and i needed to call him back the second i got his message. said if i didnt call back there was nothing more he could do than wish me luck as i was in serious trouble.  i called back and he asked what my name was.  i told him he should know since he called me.  he said he didn't have a clue what my name was.  a few minutes later he said my name (which was the name he left on the message, but is not MY name).  I told him his call was a scam and i was sick of getting calls from him and i reported his call.  he told me i should be sorry because now very bad things are going to happen to me.  whatever....

Someone using the name AlanTaylor is calling my cell phone and the phone number at a school where I work and leaving threatening messages about me owing money, which I do not.  I want the messages to stop at school.
