This person isn't from the US, he can barely speak English. He called my cell with a 00110000 number. Not listed. He said he was from a US Crime Prevention agency? Said I could settle for $909 out of court. He wanted my credit card number. Then he said he waould come to my house, I said it would be the last house that he will ever visit!!

Just received a voicemail message @ my office from a male at this number. You can't understand him & it took me 4 times listening to this to figure out that he is with the US Crime Bureau & if I don't call him back, leagel action will be taken against me. What the hell is this? I have no outstanding bills or anything that could go to collections. Anyone know anything about this?
