Is his name Danial Martinez?? Rude?? Broken language..

I just got one of those call, too.  This guy's name is Jason.  Rude, broken language and odd threats if I do not return his call immediately.

I too have received this call from daniel martinez and he is harrassing and rude and has made threats if the call is not returned.

This guy just called my wife making threats about me... Does anyone know if this is a scam artist or if hes legit?

he says that i owe some lender 500.00 that I never even applied for or received and that I am being sued for 5000.00...

ITS A SCAM!!!!!!! Please be careful...

he said that i owed money too. and i gave up $300 and my ID and that I owe one thousand and twentfive dollars mor what should I do. also my debt card no.

i posted earlier ihad to fax my ID plus give them my card number along with my address which they should have already had. But I wasn't thinking.They also had me write that I would not dispute it. They got me for $300. Thanks to me being supicious and checking the internet since I couldn't get ahold of them I found this information thanks.

The 877-994-9808 was on my debt statement,they gave me the 510 number it worked on the second but not afterwards,it says leave a message but the message box is full. On the letter I wrote he gave me the of Alexander Davenport, I also gave the last four numbers of my social.

I got the numbers mixed up forgive me I am upset. they are 510-355-9808 the number they gave me to call, the 877-994-7554 is the number on my debt statement.
