These people are scammers and frauds.  Do not give them any of your personal information.  They state that you owe them money from a payday loan and if you don't pay it along with the fees they will have the police come to your house and arrest you.  This is all [***].  If you had taken out a loan and were unable to pay it back, they do not arrest you for it.  The company you owe can sue you for the money and even have your wages garnished but there is no law stating that you will be arrested for not being able to pay any form of bill.

These "people" are nothing if not persistent.  I have received several calls starting in March.  I get between a couple and several calls per day!  The scam is again Pay Day Loan related.  They say things like , "contact us back, or suffer the consequences."  Just aggravating as hell at this point.  Don't share any information with these morons!

I also just received a call they had all my personal information & claimed that I owed them for a cash advance (entered info but never went through with it because it gave us too many contacts &  I was uncomfortable).  I told them to send us "proof" that we owed this money & they claimed they would, funny they could tell us where I worked, my email address, bank name, etc but would not tell me the account # that this money supposedly went into.  When I called them back they claimed to work for a law firm of Baker & McKenzie & then threatened to come have us arrested.  Have my attorney calling them back now....

These "people" have been harrassing me for about a month atleast.  They have called my husbands job & everything. They threaten that he will vbe arrested. Well today I had had enough of their BS. I called them back & told them I knew they were a scam & so does everyone who googles their #.  I also told them if they contacted me again I would contact the police & get them for harrassment & possible ID theft. (not sure if I could do it or not). It obviously hit a nerve with them because they hung up & called me back. I answered the phone & all I heard was, "F***ING WHITE B**CH" (PAUSE)  I said "What did you say".. Then I heard " F***ING WHITE C*NT".. They hung up. I did say a few "nasty" things back to them.  Does anyone know if I have a legal leg to stand on?????

I received a call from them as well. I am having my attorneys give them a call back.

i got a call from these same people today and they wanted me to pay them 532.87 for a cash advance that they stated i owed them i google there company name and could not find anything but i put there phone # in and your comment came up thanks for posting this

please let me know if you hear anything.  If they call me again I am going to let them know that I have saved their messages and will be reporting them to the California Attorney General's consumer fraud unit.

What is the name of the company? I called them and they would not give me any information.

These people called my job today harassing me.. The caller stated their going to send their investigation unit to my job, their going to ruin my life and report to all three credit bureaus... I need to find out how to report these people, when you call the number back it's not a business number.

These people have been calling my place of employement for about 2 weeks.  Same deal as the other folks...... Threatening to have me put in jail for the rest of my life, threatening to have our clinic shut down, calling my co-workers stupid, including my boss.  We have repeatedly told them NOT to call back, but within 10 seconds, they call right back.  We are at our wits end !!!!!!!

Funny..... Every time they called my office, the guy used several different names.  I agree with you about not being able to understand anything they said.  Besides that, they never shut up long enough for you to tell them to leave you the hell alone !!!!

i got a call from this number to my job saying i had a pay day loan that i never paid and that they have issued a warrant out for me for check and oline fraud that i will be arrested and need my attorney to contact them. i have never received any payday loans but they have all of my information how can i report them  or block the number i called back and some guy answered singing pour some sugar on me really?????????

I've been getting the same calls at work saying thier client will take a $300 out of court settlement on a pay day loan I supposedly owe them.Yesterday I wasn't at work and they called, swearing at a manager and lying about talking to me that day. When I try to call the number all I get is a " call cannot be completed as dialed" message.

Was it Ben ?   That's the name he used when he called our office.  Sometimes he was Logan too.

I have been receiving calls from this number, states their name is Scott Wilson, when I advised I had not applied for a loan, and account was not open, told them to send documentation. still have not received the info. have the bank flagging the account. states was told the amount was $590. I have not applied for any payday loan w/supposed company. I will be contacting the MN Attorney General about this company. they sound like they are from another country even though the phone number shows it is from california.

These people have been sending me nasty emails. when I ask them for the date this loan was supposed to have taken place, they give me a date range (looked at bank account and this is not there). they can't give me the name of a company that I supposedly had this loan with as they say they handle many different payday loan companies... sounds bogus to me. If I did go to court, I would hope that I could get answers to these questions...

This is a criminal extortion ring operating out of India. ABC News released an investigative report on it in June. The FTC has indicted one of its ringleaders for criminal fraud:

In the meantime, you are going to have to do whatever you can to protect yourself. That includes letting them know they are running a scam and are reporting them to the authorities
