Some scam about a Dept of Energy program designed to save me money on my energy bills.......
Oh, really?   That isn't really what the DOE does, and I don't have a nuclear reactor in my home.
Suddenly I got a message saying "You've been kicked from this conference call"

I received a call from 510 633-5469. I didn't pick up but a silent person remained on the line.  I could hear little noise in the background and he kept on sniffing every once and awhile.  Very, very odd.

ILLEGAL ROBOCALLER. Left no message. SCAM! No name on caller ID just Oakland, CA.

Got a call just now. It sounded at first like the transfer tone - I answered it before it went to the "rep" and had to wait. When I said "hello" I heard boiler room type background noise and then the person hung up on me.

Something about the PACE program saying the state and county will pay for it but later I can set the terms of paying them back.  Fast talking man would not give me a call back number or their license number. He wanted me to name a project before setting up an appointment. He hung up because I asked too many questions while trying to identify them. Said he's in Sacramento with the Alemeda County area code caller-id.

The caller left no voice message, which makes the caller (at the very least), suspect!

just received a call from this number and the person was so rude and belligerent. I stated I was familiar with Pace and not eligible for their programs, His response" goodbye, goodbye, goodbye, goodbye" .

No voicemail left...blocked

I block 510 areas.

Call clicked over to someone with marbles in their mouth, who claimed to be from PACE Equity. He wanted to know if I was interested in financial assistance for energy-efficiency improvements to my home in northern California. I left California nine years ago -they can't be bothered to to basic research (I'm on the national DNCL to boot). I've reported the number to Federal authorities.

They called 6 times in just one minute according to my caller ID log and 8 times today by 10:30! This should be considered harassment but the phone companies act like they can't prevent it! I didn't answer. No message!

Lady said they were calling from a home remodeling co. Lots of noise in the background. I asked to be taken off list and she hung up.

I got call no one on line. Called back and says it’s disconnected

I received a call from here. CallerID showed OAKLAND CA, so I was positive it was FRAUD. I was right. I answered and, hearing background office-talkers, in that I was hand-feeding a cat at the time, I put the receiver near the cat’s dish. All the caller could hear was clinking and slurping. They hung up in due time. I am on the federal DNS Do Not Call llist, which these people disrespected. Hence, I put them on my LTC list: Listen to Cat list. Waste THEIR time. ASSAHOLAS! Don’t ever give strangers private information. No longer be a victim — we are families who FIGHT BACK against criminals. (The phone companies and Google Voice do absolutely nothing to twart thief-callers.)

I could hear the "hollow click" after I said hello which typically signifies a call center.  Then silence for a second - then I asked "Who's calling"?  A woman said she was with IHR ... something Home Remodeling ... then asked for my husband by name.  Immediately I said we're on the national do not call list and hung up.

These stupid cold-callers need to get a CLUE and respect the Do Not Call List.  I should have told her that "her company" needs to check the list before harassing people.

Picked with mute turned on. Nothing, no one there. Just left it on any hung up after sbout 40 seconds. Added to blocker.

Called me at 5:00,  I answered but didn't say anything , then lady finally said 'Hello?', I said Hello, she asked for me by my last name, I asked who is this and she said the thing about home remodel something or another.  I just said Hello? over and over until she hung up and blocked it.
