Kind of sounded legit. Asked a few questions about my health which I answered "excellent" and was providing additional information but hung up afterwards. Felt like this is more of an optional thing you can choose to do.

Same as above called left message with a different number called Kasier to verify the number an they said they don't know such number my thought to all this there is  someone on the inside working for Kasier tryna scam folks

Why do they keep calling me? I didn’t call them and don't need anything from them! Definitely suspicious.

Fake Kaiser call

Non-stop spam from this number.  I've called KP Member services over and over trying to opt out of voice mails and SMS messages.  If you STOP SMS messages, a few months go by and the opt you back in without your permission.  There's apparently no way to opt out of getting marketing spam voicemails from KP.  There's a reason why a lot of people are reporting this as spam.

There most certainly is and it is called a certified, return receipt letter.  Then if they continue you can sue them for $500 per call.
