Could not make out the name of the organization. They left a 855-971-2021 number for me to call and ask the senator to vote no regarding the Health Care Bill.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Called and left a voicemail.  It was a call to action to call your Senators and tell them to vote NO on Trumpcare!  You bet I did!  Everyone should!  Caller ID "Oakland, CA"

Caller ID showed Berkeley CA. I don't know anybody in Berkeley so I blocked the number.

Received call July 27, 2017 at 1:18pm.  Call was listed as "Out of Area".  Blocked number as I do know anyone from this area code.

It's supposedly a toll-free number to connect you with your congressperson to leave a message about issues!

Hmm, as Slim said 510 is not a toll free number.  This means we have a winner in the major fail contest for shills trying to get people to reply to their scams.  I really don't think we can top this fail, but the year isn't over yet and shills certainly have a lot of vacuum between their ears.
