    Cleaners we will most definitely NOT be using.

    The man (maybe woman, hard to tell) called without identifying himself or his company and asked if we use janitorial services.
    I never say 'yes' over the phone (been burned that way once) so I told the caller "That isn't something I know." He asked the same question, phrased differently. Again "That's not something I know."

    He then tried to confirm our address (company policy won't let us to that) and when i told him that, he tried to argue with me.

    I hung up. Whatever he's peddling, we don't want.
