They call repeatedly without leaving a message. I finally called them back and they said they were with some publishers something and I am gold member. I am not a gold member of any service. When I asked Ashley for more details she ended the call.

have been receiving up to 5 calls a day w/no message left very annoying, when listening only hear silence or tone like a fax.

this is a recorded phone call...although it sounds pretty legit.  "Ashley" is a publisher and is calling b/c she said i was a top finalist in a million dollar sweepstakes.  She even asks if I can hear her ok.  When I interrupt her, she pauses, continues, then starts the conversation over.  She says the conversation is being recorded...I told her to make sure it's recorded to not call me again.

Things to believe:

• Microsoft or a different famous software company, or one of their agents did NOT cold call you to fix your computer.
• The moon is not made of green cheese.
• The IRS will snailmail you, rather than phone you, if there is a problem.
• Jackalope milk is not an aphrodisiac.
• If you Vanilla Card, MoneyGram or Western Union money to a scammer, the money is gone.
• You should beware of Geeks bearing gifts, specially if the gift is a wooden horse with termites, or a statement that your computer is infected.
• 876 is NOT your lucky number, and it will cost you money to call that area code!
• The number you see on your Caller ID may not be the number of the person who called you!

Dont know if it was recording as other people said, but weird they knew my name.

Download Whitepages ID, app    your phone will ring once or sometimes immediately drop the call before you answer, if its a suspected spam call, it will stop the call from coming through

These people have some nerves pretending to be the IRS. Someone needs to catch these people. It's very annoying and yes it does make people go into a panic when you hear the letters IRS

They never say anything when I answer. I call back and nothing happens. Happens or maybe does not happen everyday.

I received a call today from then offering me a free 2 day cruise o the Bahamas and 3 days in Florida with rental car and 3 nights at resort in the Bahamas all inclusive cost of only 1100 for two people. Told them I needed to talk to,Hubby before I gave out credit card number

I am getting calls from this 512-645-3724 number alot and when call it back there is no ring tone or anything,they just keep calling and it is very aggregating because I work lots of long hours,and I can't have phone calls at work so my boss told me to put a stop to the call,but hard to do when don't know who it is
