It's likely a debt collector. I spoke to one of their reps by calling the number back. I never gave him any of my info, just asked him if they are debt collectors. He said he could not discuss that and urged me to Google their company name that he glady gave me.

You see I am a professional debtor. I currently owe $1.00 on one card and the limit is 1¢ . I also owe $5.00 on another card and the limit on that one is & $1.07. Not to mention that I also owe $11.35 on a card that has a $2.75 limit. I don't know how I allowed it to get this bad. I am so ashamed.
