    This is a new number for an old scam. Claims the person owes money from an old PAYDAY loan. Threatens with a law suit. It is really a bunch of Indian or Pakistani's trying to rip people off.
    This scam is well documented with the Attorney General in most states. The callers all speak with heavy accents. If you really want to p**s them off, ask to speak to someone who can speak English.
