Has anyone else gotten a call from this number? I suspect it's spam bill collecting bc she says she's from a legal dept. but won't say whose and that there are going to be charges filed against you. (Seems like I have gotten more unwanted calls since I put my number on the DO Not Call list on the federal gvmt. site than I did to start with!)

I received a call yesterday and it was trackless. They wouldn't tell me what it involve and basically was a phishing scam.

They left a message stating I had a claim against me that was going to court. I suppose it's a scare tactic but I will not be calling back. If I have a court claim against me, they can serve me in person.

I just rec'd a call stating that Ace Cash Advance has a case against me from 2008 for a check that did not clear. They do not want the money but they are filing a case. The other day I recd a call from 305 230 4325 stating that they were collecting from Ace Cash Advance and that they would settle the claim for $2k. Really people?!?!

I just received a call from this number also stating that she works for the courts and process adjudication also told me to refer to a claim number smh

Did you ever get that case against you? Have you heard back or is your paycheck being garnished? Reason why I'm asking, is because they called me yesterday and left a message that there is a serious case against me and if I want to waive my rights, I will have to call them back. I want to know if this is real or fake....so it will help if you have any extra information to share :) thank you!

No legitimate bill collector would leave that kind of message, it is a violation of the law governing their behavior.

This is an extortion racket. Ignore.

You might want to look into call blocking device. There are a number of models available. Do some reasearch to find the one that fits your needs.

Just got a message from this number staring the legal service they are going to proceed with a warrant for her arrest. It's not my fault if companies that you own get pay, i wounder what they do with the money when a payoff is made, then they come after me being it was pay in 2007. Will see who wins here
