Called said it is Victoria Solis with mediation services, economic crimes division.  They called my 76 yr old Dad and said they were going to have me arrested.  I called them back and started ripping into them, they hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls.  I called from another number and said I wasn't done talking.  She said get a lawyer and hung up.   I called from a third number, when I said my name they hung up.  Finally I called from a payphone, I asked who they represented(without giving my name). They said they had nothing to say to me and hung up.

I received similar calls except she said her name was "Victoria Phillips" claimed my "bond was set to $6,003" and to get a good lawyer lol

I got a few calls same name..when I asked for verification she was unable to give it.. she said she sent it..

I went there it was a storefront fed ex/post office place

Same thing happened to me today, she called me a few days ago saying I had til 5:30 to pay them otherwise I would be prosecuted. Then today she called again and left a voicemail saying I had an hour to get back in touch and pay my fees or she will be sending the documents off to the DA and my bond will be $6,003. She said her name is Victoria Phillip's and to find myself a good lawyer (which I do). I asked for proof several times even through an email and they said they will not send me anything until I pay talking about if I go to the store would I receive a receipt without paying first. They hung up on me several times and would not answer my calls.

She left a message saying her name is victory phillips from crime division she ask for my name and said she need to talk to my son and that he need to get in touch if not they are goin to arrest him this is a scam

She just called me with the same thing saying Texas district attorney and that I owe $1600 and will be prosecuted if I don't make full payment by Monday saying if charges for through I'll have to pay 6,003 they are a scam and full of [***] how do you claim you with Harris county and have a Austin are code smh.

Called and left a voicemail about a felony on my husband who has never been arrested ever in his life. Said that if we don’t receive payment by today they will move forward with allegations against him. Also said they are in accordance with federal/state laws.....SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO NOT TELL THEM YOUR INFO & DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!

I got the same call and they called back saying they going to issue a warrant for my arrest since I couldn’t send them $6000

Thanks for the information!! I got a call saying the same thing. How you gonna put a warrant on someone when they didn't go to court yet! Y'all can't arrest anyone, y'all not the police. Saying get a lawyer and all kinds of things. Mannn gtf!!!

I got the same call just a few minutes ago saying they were going to issue a warrant, suspened my drivers license and use video footage of me walking into this store and signing a contract. Told me to get a good lawyer and theres a bail bond for over $6003. They also stated that they would be call my family, friends, my boss and doing a backgroud check on me. Last thing she said was good luck, we will see you in court and that I was going to be doing some time away from home... Is this the sames type of crap that was said to everyone else?
