Very rude told my in law they going to sue me

Did you know it is ILLEGAL to pass out information to a third party (in-laws)??  That should tell you something about the caller!  You are not warned if a summons is coming.

I think that the previous owner of my phone numbe has some type of debt or something with this company that wont stop calling.This company contiues to call me asking for that other person even though ive told them over and over and over again that that person is not at this phone number. They keep telling me that theyll take me off their call list but they continue to call back. Im fed up. Im going to call them now over and over again. See how they like it when i call them saying im that person theyre looking for and leave number to the bbb as a return number. Maybe ill call the manager who last told me he'll take care of the issue, and say that im his wifes boyfriend and would like to meet him. Poor wife, yeah but employees at this company are sub-human and deserve no respecr

A phone call was received 2 days ago threatening a collection suit. Alex Gomez  and Alice Simmers (512-827-3692 {109) would  not  provide the underlying documents on the debt they were trying to collect. I asked to speak to a lawyer but litigation manager refused. Please provide me with their official mailing address and the firm's principal so I can register my complaint. I believe there are some serious issues including the unauthorized practice of law. We received calls from 512-827-3691.  First time from Ashley Sanders for JVN Group threatening law suit if we didn't pay on our debt in a week.  Next time from Mark Alverez from JVN Law group (same number of course-guess they upgraded in a week) asking to call back regarding a letter we sent asking them to send us the information they have about this so called debt.  What's so hard about sending us information about all of this?  Maybe they're wondering how we obtained their address since over the phone they only gave me their fax number to send them information.  Google search there number and name if given--I found ours through BBB website--JVN isn't accredited with them.  Wonder why?

All companies are not required to be accredited through the better business bureau. Everyone hates a bill collector but millions of company are not.

So if you work for this company, you think it's ok to threaten people? Sounds like the employees need some training on positioning.

Scammer company trying to use practices to collect on CC debt that is over SOL and or 7 years old.

Don't take their calls, block them and then file a complaint with the Federal Government Agency at the Link below.
give them as much info as you can.
