called today, had the wrong ss number with my name, when i tried to explain this was all part of a bankruptcy case from almost 4 yrs ago she got cranky and said we will just see about that I will see you arrested.

Called and said i will be arrested. She had the wrong person. Was very rude and kept threating me about sending someone to my job to arrest me.

Caller left message and stated her name is Lydia White from NCI Premediation division to notify me of a service of process in my county with a case number. She stated me or my attorney need to call her back today in order to avoid legal actions. 1) Process servers don't call to let you know you are going to be served. 2) I have a friend that works in the courts that stated this is scammer attempting to get personal financial information from people. If there had been a court case filed I would be able to find it by searching my name in the state case search system. I blocked the caller and will not entertain it at all. I know all my bills are paid so no worries for me. Nice try Lydia White if that is your name

Said "I am the bear of bad news but we have 4 felony warrants and will be sending them to the attorney general and you will be arrested tomorrow."

I said I am currently homeless. She said fine you sound like you need a home them. I am tracing your cell and sending the police to get you now.
