    This agency has contacted my home, cell and place of employment non stop with harassing calls regarding a debt I don't owe. I have asked on numerous occasions for them to provide proof of debt and they have not. I also asked that they stop contacting me be telephone and to address my through us mail and they have refused to comply.  I have contacted attorney to pursuit other actions.

    Called the hospital here and asked for a Lisa. I had her spell the name and that person does not work here. She said "our number will be removed from the affidavit."
