I just received a call from that same number on my cell and I have called it back and it is still ringing no one will answer.

Receive multiple calls from this number every day. no one answers when you return the call. What a hassle!!!

Why do these people suddenly start calling and don't have the decency to respond or leave a message conveying some sort of message telling their purpose for calling?

I got calls from the following numbers:
513-217-6631
727-849-1978

Next time they call I am going to give them a piece of my mind as soon as I press "Accept Call"!!!

same thing as above...513-217-6631 calls my cell phone several times a day and just hangs up when i answer it.  what's going on?  what is the scam?

These calls started about three weeks ago.  every time I answer the line goes dead or disconnects.  i've only answered three times but now i'm really concerned!

I just received a call from the 513 number about 5 minutes ago and I didn't answer. I had a feeling this number was connected somehow to a telemarketer or something. This happened on my cell. Who does that?

Can people not really find anything better to do?

I'm sick of this damn number calling my cell phone. I answered the other number which was 4073294618 and when I answered, it just hung up! and I waisted 10 cents answering that damn call. Now when they call from 407 area code, I dont answer then they'll turn around and call me from this 5132176631 number and it's annoying the hell OUT OF ME! I put my cell number down on some website but cant remember which. Now I'm about to get my number changed which I dont want to do because sooo many people I talk to have my number. HOW CAN I GET THEM TO STOP??? I'm sick of the UNWANTED CALLS!

I got calls from this number for several time but i didnt answer.
And then they call me again and i did answer.
She said i win a million dollar something so i think i was a scam.
But They also have my mailing address and my name also.
They said they will send me something when i tried to ask them who calling and i am not interested then she just hung up. What should i do?

I get around 10 calls from this number A DAY! (513) 217-6631. I had no clue what this number was untill I came to this webesite. I registered my number on the do not call list. Thank you!

this number keeps calling my prepaid phone i use for voice mail only. they never leave a message. this is startting to bother me.

Okay, wow, i knew i should have been worried. They called me today telling me that i was entered in some sweepstakes from my visa or mastercard for a million dollars. I told her i dont have a visa or mastercard and she tried to fake like it was my bank account and i sort of fell for it. She asked me what year i was born and had already known my name. Thats when i realized it has to be fake and shes trying credit card fraud. Did i give too much information by just saying i had a visa checking card and i was born in 1990?

Theres the company adress and everything. [***] wont leave me alone. If it wouldnt cost me 4000.00 in gas i would go up there and slap the [***] of them myself.

if you do this and get a call again you can sue em. ;)

Unfortunately, ANY business you have EVER given your cell number to or personal information to can sell that information to these agencies.  Just remember, these people are being PAID to bother you with a scripted "buy me" gimmick.  NEVER GIVE ANY information over the phone!  Smart, proper, legitimate businesses that want to keep their customers tend NOT to use these tactics.  BEST ADVICE, when you don't recognize the number, just don't answer!!  If it's important, they'll leave a message!

Only in recent years have the privacy laws changed. Ask ALL businesses requiring your personal information for a copy of their policy on private information.  If they disclose it or sell it, simply refuse to give it.  Some places have you sign a paper saying you don't want your information given out and then place those files in a different place or category.      

The number or number's in question are registered to "Premiere Publications"   Premiere Publications Inc, located in Middletown, OH. Premiere Publications Inc's line of business is "business services".  
Est. Annual Sales:$2,000,000 so basically, they make a butt load of money by bothering people.  They have about 50 Employees on site. The numbers do change quite frequently and just one of MANY reasons is because people have begun to call back and harass the telemarketers.  I guess they can dish it out but can't take it.  

At last glance, Lena Lewis was the president of the company.  I wonder if it annoys the people who WORK for the firm when THEY get unsolicited phone calls?!?  Just a thought.

I'm on vacation for a month thousands of miles from home so I brought my cell, 4 calls in 1 day answered the 4th just sounds in the backround. Now Monday morning it started again. and I am on the do not call list and I did re-sign up after the 5 years.

They just called again @12:12 and I talked to the woman and told her that I reported the # and she was verry polite and said it would take a week to get off of their list. That they keep calling back until they get a responce. She did not know how my # got through being that I am on the national do not call list.
