I received 2 calls yesterday. They were in the morning hours. left no message. I don't understand how these people call when people have an unlisted number. very annoying

Your unlisted phone number is still a phone number. It's an area code plus 7 digits. A robodialer programed to call every number in an area code from 000-0000 to 999-9999 will eventually hit you. If you answer, or call back, the computer logs your number as good. That, added to a list, is then used.

Received 5 calls in a row today from this number 513-275-1362. 2 calls in a row yesterday and one call yesterday in the evening.

I got 3 calls in a row, i never say hello to a number i dont recogzine, i just sit and listed, if no one says anything i eventually hang up.  They never said a word telling me its a scam.

I got FIVE calls this morning saying with a message each time saying I was eligible for an IRS Tax Amnestsy Program???? If I didn't respond immediately, collection would begin immediately.  Whas a scam! I am on a NO call list which doesn't seem to do any good .  This number is a land line in Hamilton, Ohio.

This number has been blowing my phone up for days.. Never leaves message, you call it back, it doesn't exist, You answer and say nothing, it says nothing and eventually hangs up... STOP HARRASSING ME.. Why can't this number be disabled when people complain... Oh an the Do Not Call Registry thing is more of a "Joke" than ObamaCare!!!

I traced this call backs to Level 3 communications, these people partner with a HUGE AMOUNT of scammers and scumbags, they need to be held responsible for what there doing, when you call them tell them the phone number and that there partnering with scum,

See the thing is these people dont just give them a phone number, they partner with these people.  I have investigated this FACT.  There allowing one of there business partners to pretend there from the IRS?  Why is level 3 communications still here?  I am contacting the IRS ON THEM!

Your an [removed:lang]!!!!! Level 3 Communications only handles and trouble shoots the calls. They have no idea who is calling from the number either. Its called Spoofing, yes its fraudulent but its hard to know who is doing it. Level 3 is global company nimrod! I have no idea where you found your research so before you bash a company you might wanna make sure you have all the facts
