Phone ID'd it from Cincinnati, OH and they asked if they could speak with me but I said "NOPE!" and clicked off. They've called several times before maybe this will stop them...

Rang to my phone, but immediately disconnected.

Just called my cell and left no message.

Received a call from the number the past two days at the same time. They did not leave a message therefore any number I do not recognize nor leave a message, I do not answer.

Rec'd a call today- I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer my phone. The caller did not leave a message.

Hello,  I received a couple of calls from this number and today they left me a message.  It was from Lawrenceburg Chevrolet.  Just thought I would let you know.  I did have business with them recently.

I've gotten calls from this number twice after having work done on my car at a Ford Dealer. They only want to ask if you were pleased/disappointed with the service/cost, etc. They seem to be an independent third-party but make these calls at the request of the dealer.

Received a call from this number today. A woman left a voicemail saying she was from performance Honda and that October is Honda Customer Appreciation Month. She offered me a free car wash for my '14 civic. Sounded really nice.

Looking at the previous posts, I believe this is a third party agency acting for various auto dealerships. I just had my vehicle in for service yesterday and was called from that unknown caller number today. No message was left and as I do not know the caller, the number is now blocked.

I just received a call from them also and have recent business with them.

I got a call from this number immediately after scheduling a service appointment online with Performance Toyota.  I didn't answer, but I agree it probably had something to do with the 3rd party auto calls.  They didn't leave a message, but probably just a thank you for scheduling.

Calling about an online inquiry to the dealership

This is a third party call center for various automotive dealerships. I get a call from them after I've had business with the dealership. Mine happens to be Honda, but I've read on here that they have called for Toyota, Ford and Chevy. They call either the same day, or day after to make sure that everything went alright; If you were pleased/disappointed. Also, to let you know that you will be receiving a survey to fill out and such.

Interesting.

A 3rd party call center that supposedly works for dealerships handling DIFFERENT car brands?
And, none of the happy campers have bothered to name that call center's company, or give us any way to validate them.

Same here. Called left no message(robot call) because I have Sentry 2! Please consider Sentry 2 at http://www.plugnblock.com . I don't work for them or get paid anything for this endorsement. I have one and it works great. Not perfect, but close to it.

Legitimate number for car service appointment reminders. Mine was for Toyota. Others have noted Honda and Chevrolet.  If you're in the Greater Cincinnati area and use dealerships' auto service center, this is not a number to block, just sayin'

I received a call today (Saturday afternoon)  from this number but did not answer.  In phone message left on my mobile devise, the caller identified herself as representing Jeff Wyler Honda and indicated she was following up on work (factory recalls) that were performed yesterday at the Florence, KY dealership. She further indicated she will be trying to reach me again at a later time.

I work for Performance kings honda.  I got a call from this number after getting an oil change on my own car.  After googling the number i realized it was the 3rd party we use.  It's called campus callers.  They call to confirm appointments and do follow up calls.

If you have made an apt. to have a car serviced or have already had a car serviced this is the "Main Hotline," or "Call Center's," direct number that calls you to either assure quality or remind/confirm your existing apt.

Received a call from 5132830093.Did not pick up but got a voice mail. The caller did not share the company she was calling from - but a survey on how the recent service call with Performance Toyota @ Fairfield was. So the experience similar to others,seems one company conducting surveys for multiple auto dealers.
