Baloney scam. Here’s transcript of voicemail:

“Hi this is Jackie calling from my house have a delivery agent out there _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_ the property address on file he was unsuccessful in getting somebody to sign the documents today our contact is 513-407-4615 we will only be able to make one more time before we return your file is failure to comply again the number is 513-407-4615…”

Got the same transcript called back they said they were Century group some legal company and I told them they were liars and scammer. Give them no credit

Same call with the Jackie person but my phone says it’s coming from Florida not Ohio

Same message and said it was Florida number calling

Same message from Jackie....sending someone for documents to sign with one last attempt

Claiming I'm being sued and they are sending someone one last time to my property before I'm reported as non compliant.

Total scam.  "Hi this is Jackie calling from MIS have a delivery agent out there again to the property address on file and he was unsuccessful in getting somebody to send the documents today. Our contact is 513-407-4615. We will only be able to make one more time before we return your file as a failure to comply. Again the number is 513-407-4615."

Same message as most. Unable to deliver something and will attempt one last time blah, blah, blah!!

Got exactly the same message.  Of course this is fake.  Caller ID shows a Washington DC area  but they tell me to call a 513 number

these wonderful, honest, never known to lie folks called a relative using my name as the person they wanted and the relative doesnt even live anywhere near me.  jerks!  If a company ever calls and asks you to return a call not using a watts number, they are FAKE.  I'll be sure to call long distance and give you my ss#.   I dont owe anyone anything.
