had one ring sound. Like when you call overseas.

Call came at 11pm, woman "Joyce" with Asian accent claimed to be from Lowe's.  Called Lowe's next day & they said the number was not associated with them.  Call back to number rings busy or "call cannot be completed as dialed".

We get at least 3 call a day from this number most of the time we answer and no one says anything.  On a few occasions someone actually responds and asks for accounts payable, tells us they have an open invoice that needs to be paid right now.  But they only have a first name for the person on the invoice.  If you have been contacted by this complany be very careful what information you give out.

this is a lowes number from thier india call center after being  called by lowes and i got irate with the lady  i got a call from this number telling me [***] YOU  YOU [***] . I then called lowes they say they dont have a outbound number that reflects that. Well as a Dialer manager my self i know that to be BS and i will follow up with them until i get something from them. god kows i will not let this end!!!

I recieved a call from this number two days straight in a row.  This morning I answered and the man acted like he was from GE. My phone number is unlisted and and not able to get my number.  When I told him I wasn't who he was looking for he responded how in the hell did I get this number.  I replied that I didn't appreciate that language and he hung up.  A few minutes later he called back and apologized for using such words.

I received a call from this number tonight from a women when I told her that person was not here she said okay. I tried calling that number back using my cell and I could not get through. I tried another phone and got an answering machine and the message was you have reached Bob Falone(sp?).

WOMAN CALLED WITH ACCENT SOUNDED LIKE SHE WAS FROM THE PHILIPINES ASK ME THEY ARE GETTING BACK TO ME BECAUSE I CALLED GE MONEY ON SUNDAY I TOLD HER I NEVER CONTACTED THEM AND ASKED WHY YOU CALLING ME ABOUT AND SHE HUNG UP

Rec'd call 6 Nov 2007 when I answered no one said anything so I tried it back and rec'd recording that call can not be completed as dialed.  Where is this (513) area code?

513 area code covers Hamilton county, parts of Bulter, Clermont, and Warren which is southwestern of OHIO.  Cover Cincinnati OHio

I recieved a call tonight GE collections. "James Williams" told me that I had apayment past due.  I did not have my payment info with me, so I had to go get it. He said he would call back. I did not feel comfortable giving out my payment over my cell phone, plus he called me. I tried to call the # on my caller ID and the call "could not be completed as dialed". He called my cell phone again I told him I did not feel comfortable and that I would call him back. He got very irritated and complained about him having to call back a second time. I called the # on the back of my card and made a payment with them. As I was doing this he called me back a third time. I told him that I WOULD NOT be making a payment with him. He was very impatient and rude.

No message left.

FYI  Received a SPAM email (at work of all places) from the IRS telling me I was getting a refund, that IRS had made a mistake.  Being an IT person, for giggles and grins, I clicked on the site, oh, yeah; they had a refund for me.  They wanted credit card information, bank accounts information.  Beware!  The Scam artists are out there especially for unsuspecting people and especially at this time of year when some extra money would come in handy!

It is GE/Gexpro's account receivable division. They call on business accounts. They use an automatic dialer to call on past due accounts, but most of the time it is a representative calling on a customer directly. See, all Reps are assigned to specific customers so they are always dealing with the same people. i.e. I always talk to the same lady when I call or when they call me. Since the Rep is physically dialing, they may hit a wrong number every now and then. I wouldn't worry about it too much. It happens.(Trust me, I deal with them frequently.)

I did not answer as I didn't recognize the number.

Would love to know if you've gotten any response from those people.

I just got a call from this number.  The [***] had an indian accent and I could not understand him, so I finally asked to speak with someone else.  He just hung up on me.  I was freaking irate that someone would do that.

JJ, I think you are full of bullsh*t.  You're probably one of them calling us frustrating the hell out of us.

Its GE Money Bank, there outbound call center probably india. You owe money on of their credit cards or affiliated loan programs.

6:42pm - 7:30pm MST: recv phone call from 513 459 3626. no message left. nbr disconnected when attempting to call back.  i immed go online to figure out who is calling me, and see MANY sites pertaining to this phone nbr.  I have a zero balance with PayPal Plus and no other accounts through GE MoneyBank, I only pay online however I receive statements in the mail each month for my own peace of mind. I'm thinking fraud, because of an application I filled out for CareMark several weeks ago which I did not completely fill out but the eyeglass place kept.  I call PayPal Plus, and speak to an Indian who hands me over to someone with an American accent. The American says is a supervisor, says that is GEMoneyBank's phone nbr, but there's no reason why I should be receiving a call.

Supervisor advises to ask for what client they are calling for, if they call again, otherwise ignore. I explain I don't want to have to wait for them to call again, what if someone is using my info fraudulantly. He apologizes, and gives me the nbr for GEMB collections 866 899 6190, with the advice not to put acct info in just wait for it to default to a live person.

I speak to a woman at GEMB collections, after telling her I have no account nbr because I shouldn't be in collections.  She re-asks for the area code of the nbr which called me, reconfirms its one of their numbers,  i give her my first and last name and she's able to tell who I am and where I am. She states the only acct I have with GEMB is through Paypal Plus, and that if they call again tell them that I spoke with her and to remove my name and number off the list. She stated if they continued to call after that, to ask for a supervisor. She said that sometimes people put fake info down on applications to avoid contact, and that may have happened to me; but either way there was no reason for me to be called. It's a mistake. She also said she was going to write a note (as the other two reps also said they would do) and additionally she'd note we'd spoken and she could find no reason for them to call me, do not call.

I'll see what happens. I'll also keep an eye out on my credit reports. This was the first time, if it happens a third time, or if they say they can't take my name and number off their list, I'm going to be making a report to the Federal Trade Commission.  Beyond that, as of right now GEMB has tried to assist me, and I'm fine with the service so far; they've been helpful.  But I am very unnerved, and will wait to see what happens from this point if someone does continue to call me, or if someone is using my information fraudulantly to set up an unauthorized second (or whatever) account after all.

I got a call from this number at 4:17AM and the caller did not answer or leave any message. When I tried calling back, it's busy.
